As a follow up to my use of them for diving, they were a perfect insulator under my dive gloves.
I noticed a big difference in how much warmer my hands felt down at 100' with the water temp's around 40*. Normally within 15 minutes my hands would feel the cold coming thru my 5mm gloves but not this time.
