This ebay listing is for
a Brand New DIY Skirt by Plastic-Couture. This was made out of a very beautiful and vibrant silky textured fabric, which is detailed off with pvc/vinyl black Bats & Stars. It was given a nice comfortable black ribbed cotton waist line. Along with Thin Black lace on the waist & Wide Black gemstone Lace trim along the bottom of the skirt. To make it even more fun I added a giant black plastic Bondage D-ring to the back. Because it was given an elastic waist this is a size: one size fits most! Meaning it'll fit Larger sizes aswell. The waist unstretched measures 28inchs and when stretched out reaches a waist line of 40inchs but still provides a nice & comfortable fit no matter what size you are. :) Length of the skirt from waist line to bottom measures 12.5 inchs. Looks great with footless tights,bondage belts & bullet belts! Very Horror/Zombie themed. All major seams were overlocked. If you've got any other questions please feel free to ask!
