Customer satisfaction is my # 1 priority! I strive hard to achieve full customer satisfaction by providing prompt shipping, top quality products, and great customer service. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I will happily exchange it for you . Please contact seller before leaving negative or neutral feedback so that I may attempt to resolve the issue with you.

I accept paypal, and e check, but it will take few days for e check to be cleared. . Merchandise can only be shipped after payment has cleared. Payment must be received within 3 days after the auction has ended or contact me with payment information. If payment is not received within a week, the buyer will be reported to eBay as a non- paying bidders and will receive negative feedback from the seller and will re-list the item. So please bid only if you are serious about buying.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. All domestic items are usually ship USPS within 2-3 days after the payment is received. I send to Ebay confirmed addresses only so let me know if you want me to send it to somewhere else. For handbags and larger packages, I send USPS delivery confirmation and it only confirms the date and time the package was delivered. I will combine shipping and handling for items ending within 3 days of each other, let me know if you are bidding on my other items. Sellers are not responsible for service transit, and sellers should not be given negative feedback because of it. International bidders are welcome to bid and shop, and contact me for a fair shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for any duty or custom fees.

All sales are Final. No return policy, except even exchange for manufacturer defective item with in 3 days and please notify me within 24hrs so I could attempt to work something out. All items are checked for damages before sending them out, so item is in good condition. The item returned must be returned in the same condition with tag, not used and the same method that was shipped with delivery confirmation. Shipping costs are not refundable.

 For Exchange:  No exchanges for hijabs, since I won't be able to sell them to others once you try them on. For handbags you can exchange to same value only if i decide to do so. An extra shipping and handling fee of $10 must be paid to my paypal account for your exchange item, once I receive the returned item and the fee for sending it out, than the exchange item will be mailed out back to you.
