Domestic Orders: If shipping to a PO Box USPS shipping must be selected in our checkout. There may be an extra $2.00 fee for shipping via USPS Priority depending on your location.

International Orders: If shipping to Belarus, Gibraltar, Croatia or the Ukraine USPS shipping must be selected. If UPS shipping is selected, your order will still be shipped out via USPS and the difference in shipping prices will be refunded.

Payment for foreign orders can only be made via PayPal or American Express.

Tax: An 8.875% sales tax is applied to all orders shipped to New York

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying

Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after seven (7) days and an Unpaid Item Dispute will be filed with Ebay to recover the closing fees of the auction

DavesWatches uses ChannelAdvisor, which is an eBay approved third party checkout system to ensure accuracy and convenience when purchasing.

Daveswatches will accept returned merchandise for a refund in the original form of payment for 14 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returned for a refund will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be assessed on items which originally were shipped for free.

All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition. Merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange when the item purchased was worn, scratched, or sized. Please make sure the original manufacture’s packaging is intact; all manuals, booklets and warranty cards are included; and the "Not Returnable If Removed" label is still attached.

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or package (never write anything on the manufacturer's box). A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling Daveswatches, toll-free, at 800-951-9526.

Defective Merchandise: Defective watches can be returned, unworn, within 7 days of purchase for either a replacement or a full credit.
