Win more than one auction from us and you can save on shipping! If you send a single payment to combine purchases for a single shipment, we charge the highest shipping cost for the first item, and deduct $3.00 from the shipping cost of each additional item.
Shipping Insurance:
Without the purchase of insurance, we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during shipping. If you choose the optional insurance and your painting does not arrive or arrives to you damaged during shipping, please retain painting and all of the packing material, including box, as they will be needed for a claim. You can contact us at Dluhos Arts and we will begin the insurance claim filing process for you.
Returns Policy:
Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase, so you can return your purchases to us for a store credit for the full amount of the purchase price (less shipping & handling fees).
However, some conditions do apply:
*Artwork must be returned in their original condition with all paperwork (Certificate Of Authenticity, Invoices, ...) within seven days of delivery. *You are responsible for merchandise until it safely reaches us. To protect your return, use a carrier that offers shipment tracking. Insure the package for a safe return to us so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. We are not responsible if the return merchandise gets lost in the mail. *There are no returns for reasons like "change of mind", "I thought the painting is bigger", or "the colors of the painting do not match my wallpaper". *Guarantees are extended to the original purchaser only and do not extend to any third party recipient of the paintings. *All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.
