Items are generally shipped within 5 business days upon receipt of payment, excluding Holidays

ALL items are shipped directly from the manufacturers warehouse.

We ship only to physical street addresses, we DO NOT ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Boxes

We realize that Ebay is open 24 hours and day 7 days a week.  However we are only able to process orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays.  Any purchases made after 4 PM and on weekends and Holidays will be processed the next business day.

DAMAGES
All claims for damages must be made within 5 days of delivery. No exceptions.
We cannot be held responsible for replacements that may or may not make it in time for your  events.

RETURNS
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery with a restocking fee of 25%. Customer will pay ALL freight charges coming and going. If you need to return an order, you need to make all shipping arrangement to get the goods back to us. All items must be in original condition and packaging. Once items are received at our warehouse and we approve receipt, only then will your account be credited

VARIATIONS
Since most items in our line are handmade, we cannot be responsible for variations in color, size, shape, weight etc. Our customers can be assured that we make every effort possible to control the quality of our products.
