DULUTH,MISSABI & NORTHERN Railroad Lantern,as shown in photo.Let me try to explain this lantern....The clear glass globe reads DM & N Ry.& Looks Great.The top of the lantern reads D.M.U. Ry. Bottom reads PAGE 11P2 1/2.Lantern looks like it was repainted at one time.Also looks like it was made into an electric table lamp,as there is a electric socket that looks like it would accept a light bulb,but there is no cord if this was it's last purpose.Measures approx. 13 1/2" tall & is heavy for it's size.Needs a good cleaning.White marks on globe are from the camera flash...CHECK OUT OUR OTHER COLLECTIBLES ON OUR SITE !
