If you find when you get an item that you do not want it, you will need to inform me as soon as possible and return the item to me in the condition you recieved it. I will refund the price you paid and any shipping cost you paid on purchase, upon receipt of returned item. I will not refund the cost of postage of the returned item (buyer to pay for their own return postage). If your brought item arrives damaged, please get in touch asap and we will sort out this problem as it will lead to a claim against the mail carrier due to their poor mishandling of the item. Please do not blame me for this damage as I do not run the postal service and every item I post leaves my hands in the way the item is listed. Also May I remind all buyers that most items I post are wrapped in brownpaper and bubblewrap (with card protection in some cases). This is what you pay for with the P&P/shipping charge (or free postage items). As mentioned in checkout, should you wish a box to protect your item, you will need to inform me after buying and before paying so a new invoice can be sent with extra P&P/shipping charges for a box packet. Again, please do not blame me for damaged items due to the bubblewrap packing as you the buyer accept this method of posting when paying for your item unless you pay more shipping fees. This policy will be refer to in any damaged item claims. |
