We've moved our warehouse and have NO TIME TO REPAIR our trunks. We are selling FACTORY SECONDS from our line of Doll Trunks. These trunks are FULLY functional. However, the finish on the trunks and/or surface of the wood is NOT perfect. The photos show examples of the type of defect. These trunks do not have structural damage only finish defect or chips. SUPER buy for a handy person! THESE TRUNKS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
High quality antique reproduction doll trunk with wooden cross straps is reminiscent of old steamer trunks.
Inside features generous hanging bars on both sides are removable if you don't need the hanging space.
The inside right side features 2 storage drawers. Left side features 3 narrow drawer (perfect for holding shoes and other accessories)with a lovely oval mirror built in above it.

So, I'm going to tell you how I feel and I hope you post it to the ad, so maybe I can help you can move these trunks. Here goes:
"These trunks are an AWESOME deal for the money! PLUS, the shipping was so fast, if I had blinked my eyes, I might have missed it! I couldn't be more pleased. People should not be afraid to take a chance on them. Yes, there are a few scuffs, but if you're like me and actually interact with your dolls, rather than keeping them perfect in their shippers, you need a trunk that does the practical job, not just one that looks pretty for photo shoots. If you're really worried about the small cosmetic scuffs, a readily available furniture scratch pen will do the trick. The trunk is perfectly functional.
I needed a trunk to actually hold the outfits I was accumulating and this one has a HUGE amount of space! I liked this one especially because it focused on space for outfits and accessories, rather than wasting space for the dolls themselves. It's a perfect size for the longer gowns for the 16" fashion dolls without crumpling them. PLENTY of room for lots of clothes and accessories. The drawers are huge.
I was so pleased with the bargain, I got TWO! After weeks of shopping around, I can pretty much guarantee you that you won't find a better deal for a solid wood trunk, or anything else, for that matter. Take the plunge, folks, you won't regret it.
