Feedback
We leave feed back after the item is received and we know that all is well. Sometimes it takes a little bit but we do get the feedback done. Another reason for our policy about feedback ( to wait awhile) has to do with fraudulent credit card chargebacks. In days past when we left feedback upon receipt of payment, we had already left positive feedback for the guy who later denied the credit card charge. He had the item, we were out the money, and there was no way for us to warn other Ebay traders of his dishonesty. We wait to make sure a transaction is complete before leaving feedback as just part of our responsibility as participants/beneficiaries of the Ebay trading community.

Returns
We try hard to picture and describe things accurately but if you have questions please email before bidding. The reason a mass merchandiser can cheerfully refund your money is because they demand, and get, a full refund from their source of supply. Our merchandise, however, comes from auctions, flea markets, garage sales and pickers, in other words places where there are no returns or refunds. We pass this policy along in our auctions.
