Beautiful Dolls from Panama, item is better than picture, the dolls are available with the dress on  turquoise, light blue, aqua blue, yellow, green, bright blue.

These Beautiful Panamaniam dolls make a wonderful gift for anyone.

Size 8" tall the doll is wearing the (montuno) pollera the national dress of Panama along with a sombrero pintado (hat), which is popular of my town Cocle.

What is La Pollera:  The pollera is the most beautiful and admired national costum of the Americas.  The pollera originated from spain at the time of Peru conquest and brought to Panama by the servants of the Colonial family during the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries.

The pollera consist of a blouse or shirt and two-tiered full skirt.  The woman's also wear their tembleques in the hair and the gold earings and necklaces.

The pollera is also commonly wear during our national dance El Tamborito, this is the traditional music that identifies the panamanian people.

No need to buy stand for the doll.  This doll has her own shoes and a little stand.
