Large and delicate items are usually shipped UPS Ground.

We do not inflate our shipping prices. We offer some items as FREE SHIPPING. Overall, we charge very fair shipping cost and try to provide our customers with many acceptable options. We reserve the right to choose a different shipping carrier if the shipping to your particular zip code is grossly underestimated. For example, to certain rural zip codes UPS Ground is outrageous.

We can not combine the cost of shipping on Mattresses or Tanning Beds.

Generally, we charge a low materials and handling cost, and pride ourselves on safe, secure and fast shipping. We will be happy to combine shipping, please contact us for a quote if you plan on buying multiple items and would like to combine shipping. We strongly suggest our customers to purchase insurance on their items. It is the responsibility of the buyer to file claims if damage occurs, and we will assist in anyway we can to make the process smooth and fast.

We generally accept returns within 7 days of arrival, unless otherwise noted in the auction. Buyers must inform us of return within 7 days of receipt of item, based on USPS or UPS tracking information.

Mattresses and Suntanning Beds have a 15 day return policy with return shipping cost the responsibility of the the buyer. Buyer is also responsible for proper packaging and any damage incurred on the return trip; additionally, buyer must provide tracking information to seller and contact seller before returning Mattress or Suntanning Bed.

We will never, under any circumstances, end an auction early.
