A few customer reviews: I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THIS . VERY EASY TO INSTALL AND FOR THE PRICE GREAT VALUE.
I have had this product set up for two weeks and I really love it. I have fibromyalgia and low-impact exercise is very important in helping to keep my pain levels down. I use the gym first thing in the morning to get myself going and then a few nights a week in the evening as well to stretch tired muscles after working all day. The leg exercises are my favorite, the extension of each leg combined with just enough of a resistance level really helps me feel good! I'm glad that I found this product on the website!
I've had the pilates door gym for three weeks and it works great. It works the entire body. Very easy to assemble.
Exercise Equipment Reviews and Buying Guide:
door gymExercise equipment .Exercise Equipment Reviews and Buying Guide: Exercise equipment comes in all type - elliptical trainers, rowers, skiers, stair climbers, stationary bikes, treadmills, pedometers, abdonimal machines, yoga, weights and strenght training, jump ropes and pilates. Fitness gyms were all the rage in the 80's and 90's and have since died out a bit. Many people have turned to home gym exercise equipment like the Bowflex, treadmills, Nordictrack, Ab-Away, or free weights. For a good cardio vascular workout the elliptical exercise equipment is easy on the joints and great for your heart. Free weights or Nautilus machines are excellent for strenght building and flexibility. If you are looking for generic exercise equipment for your home, then we suggest a sporting goods store like DicksSportingGoods.com or even Walmart. For something more specific like the Bowflex or NordicTrack or TotalGym, then try their websites. From all the exercise equipment reviews we read, the Bowflex seems like the best home exercise equipment on the market today. The results are there to prove it. Fitness enthusiasts love the Bowflex for its easy of use, results, and total workout capability plus it fits in a nice compact area. Treadmills are the most basic form of exercise with many people walking miles everyday to maintain their slim figures. Talk with your doctor before starting any kind of exercise regimen to make sure you are physically ok. Also, talk with a trainer the first time around in a gym to ensure you are using the equipment properly to prevent injuries. You'd be surprised how many people get hurt using gym equipment each year. The Bowflex is an exercise strength training device marketed and sold by the Nautilus fitness company. It uses graphite rods to create tension, which are used for muscle training instead of conventional weights. The Bowflex is advertised mostly through infomercials and continues to be one of the most popular exercise machines that has survived the home exercise fads of the 1990's. Please be aware of the following information before purchasing the Bowflex home gym exercise equipment. In January 2004, about 420,000 Bowflex machines were recalled due to mechanical problems. In November 2004, there was a recall of nearly 800,000 Bowflex machines after reports of the Bowflex Power Pro and Ultimate Fitness models breaking unexpectedly. The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the seats can unexpectedly break, and that the backboard bench can collapse when in the incline position. The Bowflex Ultimate 2 sells for $2299. New products offered by Nautilus are the Bowflex Treadclimber, Bowflex Dumbbell, Bowflex Extreme, and Bowflex Sport.
Which Treadmills are best?
Treadmills have been around since gyms first opened up and continue to be popular choices for exercise equipment. If you are looking for a treadmill for your home we have done some research on the best models to buy. The Smooth 5.15P was rated high for an easy to use, compact treadmill with an upgraded display panel that doesn't require toggling and it has a heart rate monitor on the handgrip. It's more appropriate for walking than running and it carries a 275 pound weight limit. Sells for $900. The Horizon Fitness Elite 5.1T is made for runners. The weight limit of 350 pounds far exceeds the Smooth 5.15P and folding the steel frame is made easier with a hydraulic folding mechanism. Sells for $1800. The best treadmill for heavy runners and pros is the Landice L7 Pro Sports Trainer with its sturdy frame. Can handle up to 400 pounds of weight and has a quiet motor. The large belt (32" x 77") is great for runners, but it does make it harder to store this huge machine. Sells for $2800. The best discount treadmill we found was the Image 16.0Q which is built for walking. The 90 day warranty may scare you off, but reviewers say that if you are looking for just a walking treadmill, this will perform fine. Sells for about $500. Elliptical Exercise Equipment:
Ellipticals are the new stairmasters in gyms with a futuristic design that gives you the feeling of not doing that much work to get the best workout (in terms of calories burned). Elliptical trainers are a cross between a stair climber and a cross country ski machine. Your feet rest on pedals and move in flattened circles while your arms grab handlebars and move back and forth. The elliptical machines resist the motion of your legs and arms with a flywheel design. Elliptical exercise equipment gives you high intensity, low impact exercise workouts because your feet never leave the pads. The impact on your body is reduced and therefore results in less orthopedic injuries. Door gym for pilates
