This is an all inclusive sexy 4pc adult women's sexy Dorothy costume.  

Adorable gingham print cotton dress .  Bodice is elasticized and has princess seams with light boning in front for a great fit.  Zipper in back.  Corset detail with blue satin ribbon.  Attached apron.  Lace trim on dress and apron.  Hair ribbons and blue ribbon choker with costume gem crystal included. 

(Please note that the manufacturer has changed the actual item. Hair ribbons are gingham check.. not plain blue.  The apron does NOT have a toto on it as pictured.  )

FREE white lace petticoat complete this outfit.  ($12.95+ retail value)  The petticoat gives the whole outfit some oomph!
