At that time we will send you a tracking number.
If you decide the case is not what you wanted, you may return the case at your expense for a refund. Your package will only be accepted for return with a return authorization number and must have the RA number on the returned package. Please email us or call for your Return Authorization number. ALL returned items must be in the original box with packing. You are responsible for shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee. Insurance must be paid for returned packages, Steve's Sports & Stuff will not be responsible for broken cases on returns. Credit will not be given on damaged items for returns only.
All damaged cases must be reported within 7 days of receipt. A photograph of the damages MUST be emailed to us to verify the damages before you return the case. A Damage CALL TAG will be issued after seeing the damaged photographs. The damaged case will then be picked up by the carrier that made the delivery, with the damaged case in it's original box and packaging. Once the damaged case is received, a replacement case will then be shipped. The replacement case will be shipped under the same shipping methods as the original order. IF you need expedited shipping, contact us for a quote and all additional costs must be paid by you.
Steve's Sports and Stuff sells autographed sports memorabilia, authenticated by the leaders in the memorabilia industry. Each item that has been authenticated will include a tamper proof serialized hologram and a Certificate of Authenticity. Payment Terms All payments from the USA and Foreign Countries must be made by PayPal. if you do not have a PayPal account, it is free to sign up for one and will take a few days to verify your information. We do accept PayPal payments from "unconfirmed" addresses, as long as you verify your shipping address when asked by email. Payment should be made within 7 calender days after your purchase. After 7 calender days if payment has not been received, and we have not heard from you, a Non Payment claim to eBay will be filed to process a refund of the Final Value Fees that were charged at the time of your purchase. Indiana residents must pay 7% sales tax. Shipping & Handling All orders are shipped via UPS Ground within the 48 states, UPS Standard to Canada and UPS 2nd Day Air to Hawaii. If you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska or outside the United States, please contact us for shipping information or quotes specific to your location, before making your purchase! If you need expedited shipping contact us before your purchase for expedited shipping methods and costs. Please allow 1-2 business days to process your purchase. A tracking number will be sent to you at the time of shipment. If your collectible arrives damaged, contact us immediately describing the damage, and a replacement will be shipped to you within 1 business day.
