You are bidding on a beautiful NEW never used German made Dovo straight razor. This Genuine Ebony handled Straight Razor is a DOVO Classic. Unchanged in design for over 75 years and still popular today. The blade begins as a Forged blank of special "Silver Steel" that is then Tempered for Hardness. Next a Master Craftsman shapes and grinds it into a 5/8 Full Hollow Ground semi-finished blade. It's finishing is completed by adding File Jimps to both the upper and lower side of the shank, Brand Stamping the shank front and rear, and adding a 24k Gold Etched Brand to the front of the Blade and Gold Decorative Etch to the blade's spine. Finally it gets it's final polishing and sharpening.If you want the best Dovo is it. I have more styles of Dovo razors on auction . Strops for this razor in my ebay store.
