Many hours have gone into creating these designs. You can be assured that much thought and care has gone into digitizing unique, quality designs for you, the consumer. DBJJ254 Down by the Bay Applique machine embroidery designs collection

4x4 and 5x7 hoop
24 designs total.

Inspired by my time growing up on Bay View Beach on Cape Cod, Massachusetts, (as well as spending time there now as an adult) here is a nautical set that will be wonderful for all of your summer projects!

**pcs and sew users please note designs are not avail. in your format for larger hoop; pes designs are in place of your format for the larger hoop

These are applique machine embroidery designs. You need to have an embroidery machine to stitch out these applique embroidery designs.

All design sets are sent on a multi-format CD which includes all of the above formats.

Delivery format/ equipment needed

These are machine embroidery designs. You need an embroidery machine to stitch these designs. You will need the appropriate hardware/software to transfer my designs to your embroidery machine. ie: reader/writer, amazing/magic/ultimate box.

My designs are mailed to you on a multi-format CD. The purpose of our CDs are for a hard copy back up.

FLOPPY DISKS are *not* available. Text format color charts are included for your convenience!

** Due to a recent Ebay policy change, I am no longer able to email designs purchased through my auctions or Buy it Now listings, therefore design sets must be mailed on CD**

Payment Terms

I accept and prefer payment via Paypal. I also will accept personal checks or money orders. Please email me for a mailing address to mail payment. Payment is required within 7 days of auctions end. Personal checks are held for 10 days until check has cleared.

Upon auction end, you will receive an invoice via email for your convenience. These payment terms will be in this email along with a link that you can use to pay for your items. Thank you!

I do offer credit card payment options for items purchased through my classified ad listings. These listings can be found in my Ebay Store.

Shipping

1) Designs are shipped on a multi-format CD via regular USPS mail with delivery confirmation within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment. You will receive an email when your order has shipped. **You may have more than one set put on the same CD if you purchase multiple items**

2) Shipping is $2.00 via regular USPS mail w/ delivery confirmation included. If you want Priority Mail shipping, the cost is $6.95 or shipping and handling.

3) If you paid via a personal check, your item will be sent after your check has cleared (10 days from receipt of payment)

4) If you paid via paypal E-check, item will be sent once E-check has cleared (usually 4 days)

I am sorry, but designs are NOT available on Floppy Disks..only CD. Thanks!

On March 24, 2008, Ebay announced a new policy banning the sale of products that are available with email delivery via zip files, which is the main delivery method we used to offer in our auctions. It is permissible to sell them on physical media such as CD or DVD. Therefore, all of my auctions and Buy it Now store items will be available on CD only. In an effort to keep shipping costs down to you, we are only charging $2.00 for shipping/handling (you may opt for Priority mail shipping for $6.95). Please do not ask us to email designs purchased through our auctions and Buy it Now listings.

Ebay's new policy only allows machine embroidery designs with delivery via email zip files in Classified ad listings.

Terms of Use

These designs that you purchase CAN be stitched on items to be sold, but the designs themselves CANNOT BE SOLD, TRADED, SHARED or INCLUDED on any design set--(THIS INCLUDES PURCHASING WITH THE INTENT TO COPY AND SHARE WITH YOUR FRIENDS. :-) However, you MUST have PURCHASED my designs in order to use them on items you sell. Please, if you use my designs on items that you make a profit off of, you MUST have purchased the designs. All of my design patterns are created by me..many hours have gone into these patterns to bring you unique high quality designs. Please respect my work.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of machine embroidery designs and their ability to be reproduced, refunds are not offered. If you receive a damaged cd, I will gladly exchange it for a new one. Thanks for your understanding of and cooperation with this policy.

My designs have been manually digitized and tested. I only will guarantee the quality of the files that I provide. If you convert, resize, or edit the designs, you do so at your own risk. Designs by JuJu is not responsible for the quality of a modified design.
