Each and every component in my jewelry collection is hand-wired - these are not just beads strung on a wire or thread. Please be sure to email me with any questions you might have.   I want my customers to be happy with their purchases - I stand behind my work and unless otherwise noted in the auction description all my items are hand created,  not pre-produced items.  Please contact me within 1 day  of receiving your item (s) to let me know that there is a problem....If something isn't right due to my error I will be happy to correct it for you!  

Payment is expected within 5 days from the end of the auction.  I really hate chasing people down when payments aren't received in time - it is one of my least favorite things to do.  So please - if you don't plan on paying - don't bid!  

If payment hasn't been received per auction terms and I haven't heard from you to make other arrangements,  eBay will be notified.  I am very flexible, so if you foresee a problem - please email me to make special arrangements. 

I will always combine items for a savings on shipping - just let me know that you'll be bidding on another auction and I will contact you with your final shipping costs when your auctions end.
