New Ebay Feedback Rulings..

 How it affects my business as a small, one woman seller who makes many items as the orders are taken, lots of fresh flowers and I do not have a shipping department with workers...Due to Ebay's new star rating system and lack of explanation and clarity I would like to give you some insight as to how it now affects my small business. You would think that 4 stars would be as good a rating as Ebay says. Not so. Anything less than a 5 star rating on all catagories might as well be a negative feedback score. Here is what ebay says to its sellers: "What this means When one or more ratings is below 4.3, your listings may appear lower in search results and you will not be able to register new accounts until your ratings in all four categories are 4.3 or above. If any of your ratings falls below 4.1, you will not be able to list new items".......My small business needs your 5 star rating on all catagories to survive. If you are not completely satisfied with any transaction and believe it to be La Villa Victoria's fault, your fault or nobodies fault contact me and I will take care of the problem.
