Pycnosorus globosus, (Syn. Craspedia globulus) known as Drumsticks or Billy Buttons, is a highly ornamental perennial species which deserves to be more widely cultivated. The plant grows 30-50cm high.

It has striking silver grey, woolly foliage which looks good all year around and glorious bright yellow globular flowerheads in spring and summer.You can see why the common name is ‘Drumsticks’. These make excellent, long-lasting cut flowers and also dry well for use in dried flower arrangements.

In your garden, they will grow on most soils with partial or full sun.

For sale is a packet of 50 fresh seeds.
