Revocation instruction


Right of withdrawal

You can recall your contract explanation within one month without indication of reasons in text form (e.g. Letter, fax, email) or - if the thing one leaves to you before expiration - by return of the thing. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, however not before entrance of the commodity with the receiver (in the case of the recurring supply of homogenous goods not before entrance of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our duties to supply information in accordance with § 312c exp. 2 BGB in connection with § 1 exp. 1, 2 and 4 BGB InfoV as well as our obligations in accordance with § 312e exp. 1 sentence 1 BGB in connection with § 3 BGB InfoV. For keeping the period of revocation it is thus sufficient punctual sending off of the revocation or the thing.

Revocation sequences

In case of an effective revocation received achievements are to be refunded on both sides and uses if necessary pulled are to be refunded (e.g. To give change interest). If you cannot refund the received achievement to us totally or partly or only in worsened condition, you must carry to that extent if necessary indemnification according to value for us out. During the hiring of things this is not valid, if the degradation of the thing exclusive results on their examination – as it would have been possible to you for instance in a shop. For a degradation resulted from the intended putting into use of the thing you do not have to carry indemnification according to value out.

Package-capable things have to be sent back on our danger. (For buyers living in Germany: You have to bear the costs of the return, if the supplied commodity corresponds to the ordered and if the price of the thing which can be sent back does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if with a higher price of the thing at the time of the revocation yet the return or a contractually agreed upon partial payment did not furnish you.  Otherwise the return for you is free.)
If you are living outside of Germany you have to bear the costs of the return, if the supplied commodity corresponds to the ordered. Obligations for the reimbursement of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the sending off of your notice of withdrawal or the thing, for us with their receipt.
