Claims for Damages that are Not visible or concealed must be Filed with the Delivering Freight Carrier By You! Do Not Discard Crate or Materials until Inspection is Made by Delivery Carrier.
Our Responsibility Will Cease ( end ) upon their arrival to You !
The Carrier is Responsible for the Loss of the Damage or Item, Occurring in Transit, Not Pierce Food Service Equipment Co. Whoever signs the Bill Of Lading on your Behalf, Should Inspect Crated Item-Tell that person beforehand ! We Deal with Only the person who purchased the item.

Some inventory we sell in our store, may be posted on E-bay for sale. We have walk in customers shopping here daily and calling us to purchase items. We do not just sell on E-bay. We try & remove any posting if they are sold in our store, but please keep in mind we do have an active store, as well.

Ebay changes their selling format program many times during the year, if somehow our form gets changed to free shipping or anything that affects how we do business, we reserve the right to deny or fix a sale accordingly, these are errors we do encounter during the year when E-bay has been fixing and updating their selling format.
