Insurance

Once a package is turned over to the Post Office, we are longer responsible for its safe delivery to you.  The purchase of insurance is an available option.

Returns

Returns are accepted if:  1) an item is substantially different than described; 2) is returned within ten days of confirmed delivery or receipt; 3) is received back in its original condition; and 4) is authorized for return.

International Shipping

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in item price or shipping charges. These are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs may be prior to buying. All such charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.  We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit us from doing so.  NOTE:  Sorry, but at this time there is No Shipping to Italy due to strict embargoes and import restrictions.
