Your Satisfaction is my goal !! I describe and photograph items honestly and accurately to the best of my ability.
Please ask questions BEFORE you bid, and understand what you are bidding on prior to doing so. In the event you
receive an item that is damaged or that you are not happy with, please contact me immediately and prior to leaving
feedback.In most cases a solution can easily be found, and I will always work with my buyers to resolve any issues.
I want you as a repeat customer !!
BIDDER REQUIREMENTS:
I welcome your bids but must require that bidders with zero (0) feedbacks, low feedback ( under 10), or bidders with high
negative feedback contact me before bidding. I reserve the right to cancel any bids at any time that I am not comfortable with.
PAYMENT:
I prefer PayPal but will accept a Money Order.
Payment must be received within 8 days of the end of auction.
Shipping & Handling:
Please be patient on shipping. Handling time is 5 Days after payment is received. This means I will ship your item within
5 days after I receive payment unless otherwise stated. If you need an item fast please email. I will do my best to accommodate
your shipping needs. Please email me for shipping costs prior to placing a bid if it is not stated or calculated in the Auction.
Please Note : Due to the way shippers are increasing rates to offset fuel costs shipping calculators are not always accurate.
Use the calculated rate as a guide. Shipping costs can and do vary higher.
INSURANCE:
Insurance may be required depending on the value of the item and is paid by the bidder.
Insurance is encouraged. In all cases if insurance is declined by the buyer, he/she accepts
risks and responsibility for an item once it leaves my location. Shipping damage will not be
paid by me if no insurance is elected unless the carrier declares the packaging to be inadequate.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:
I ship internationally on a per auction basis. ( See Auction Details). Costs will be actual shipping costs plus a small
document processing fee. On shipments outside of the USA, I accept PayPal only unless otherwise stated.
International buyers assume responsibility for ALL import and brokerage costs, and understand that delivery delays can
and do occur due to distance & customs/import issues. All customs documents will declare the selling price as a value.
Please contact me prior to bidding to discuss returns. They usually are not an option on international due to the high cost
of shipping.
RETURNS:
By bidding, Buyer agrees to pay for return Shipping and insurance costs unless otherwise agreed. I will accept returns
unless otherwise stated in the Auction. If an Auction states " Sold as is, No Returns ", the buyer by bidding agrees that
the sale is final.
NON PAYMENT:
Non-Payment within 8 days will result in the relisting of the item, and a non-paying bidder alert will be filed along with a
request for refund of listing and final value fees.
FEEDBACK:
Feedback will be awarded to bidder shortly after the conclusion of the transaction.
