We have upgraded the enlarger with a Durst type lens board and Durst tracks for greater accuracy and alignment. We have also added a industrial grade Joystick for focus and size. The Joy stick is on a cable and can be used either on the machine or by the vacuum wall. We offer a 40x60 vacuum wall as an accessory. We did not include it to keep the price low, but it is reserved for this machine. We can also offer a full set of G lenses for formats down to 4x5”

 

Approx 2 months ago we delivered a similar CUSTOM Built DeVere Horizontal enlarger to Les Allen, a photographer in Chicago. Les Allen is shooting 11x14 negatives and his DeVere is for the 11x14 format and features a 7000watt color head. The pictures shown here are from Mr. Allens studio and NOT of the actual machine offered. However; the pictures will give a very good idea of what this machine, that we are offering in this bid material, will look like.                                                        

 

We offer the winner of this bid to participate in deciding actual features, as the machine is not finished at this point. We also offer the winner to visit and inspect the machine before delivery; we invite and will take care of the airfare.

 

All electronics and new parts used for this enlarger are plug and play type, generally available to anyone. Therefore you are not buying a marriage contract with our company, this machine can be serviced by your self, or anyone with a little knowledge of electronics. Therefore this machine is also protected against parts being obsolete in the future.

 

Payment;                   1/3 of winning bid has to be paid within a few days after the auction, the rest has to be paid at or in connection with delivery. Alternatively the entire bid amount can be placed in escrow and released 8 days after delivery.

Right of Return 1:      Yes, this product can be returned without any restriction within 8 days after receipt. The product is covered by an unrestricted 8-day right of return. Buyer will pay all shipping expenses.

 

Right of return 2:      Yes, this product can be returned within 8 days after receipt if it is found not to be as represented by seller. Seller will pay all shipping expenses.

 

Delivery;                    Packing is included in the bid price.

The price include crating and packing of large items such as enlargers and processors. We ship according to buyers preferences. Shipping is normally handled either with our own truck or with a third party freight service and the price is quoted to buyer before shipping. When a carrier is used we bill buyer the exact price we pay the carrier .We include full documentation for the price paid for shipping with the billing. A Durst L184 enlarger generally cost between $400 - $700 to ship in the continental USA. We ship ALL OVER THE WORLD.
