Closing Information:

There is a 10% deposit or $500 which ever is greater due within 48 hours of close of auction. Balance will be due at closing. Closing cost will be approximately $450.00. This provides Warranty Deed preparation, recording of deed or like-kind applicable documentation, and notification of new ownership to the resort and exchange company if applicable. The Winning Bidder is responsible for the Winning bid + Closing fees+Maintenance Fees for the first year of use+ Resort Transfer fee .

Closing Procedures:

1. Once the paperwork is received from the Seller and Buyer and estoppel is ordered. The estoppel will verify maintenance, taxes information.

2. Closing documents will be sent to buyer and seller and once they are received the deed is recorded and the resort is notified.

3. You will then receive a package or a letter from the resort with your account information.
