The set made up an extensive private collection.  As such, they have all been opened and used.  They have all be kept in their cases for their entirety.  The boxes are generally in very good condition.  There is a handful of boxes that have been chewed up by a freindly local Rottweiller and a handfull that have scratches, smudges or other cosmetic flaws.  The rest are very clean.  A very small percentage are in Blockbuster pre-owned cases, the rest all come with their original box.  We guarantee that at least 98% of the collection works properly.
