Two of the action world's biggest heavyweights - Steven Seagal (Under

Francisco, but soon faces up to Seagal, an enlightened bomb squad
expert, and Tom Sizemore (Saving Private Ryan), a vengeful renegade cop
out to save the city from certain disaster, while Sizemore is slow to
absorb Seagal's message concerning Zen and the art of ass-kicking, the
unlikely pair are soon on the trail of the IRA-connected Hopper and
foxy side-kick Jaime Pressly. With Seagal fighting for the future, and
Hopper total destruction, this is good vs. evil action at it's best as
the clock ticks down to a gripping, combustible conclusion.
