If you are considering bidding on more than one of my auctions I would be happy to offer a combined discount on shipping for multiple winning auctions.
Each winning auction pays the Shipping & Handling amount that is stated in each auction. Winning bids any DVD after the first will pay reduced combined shipping fees. A 10% discount on the second DVD won. 25% discount on the third any others there after. So to be clear, 3 DVD's won in the US would pay $11.25 in shipping fees. 3 DVD's won from Canada would pay $18.00 in shipping fees. 3 DVD's won outside the US would pay $22.50 in shipping fees.
PAYMENTS:
Payments should be received within 7 days of auctions close. I accept the following forms of payment:
Personal Checks – From US Banks in US Dollars Only
(Please note that checks may be held for up to 7 business days)
Money Orders/Cashiers Checks – In US Dollars Only
Paypal – In US Dollars (My preferred payment method)
ITEM SHIPMENTS:
Items generally ship in 1-5 calendar days once a payment is received (on Checks It may be 7 Business days).
Items Paid via Paypal will ship Only to the address listed on your paypal account.
If your item is time sensitive for any reason please let me know and I will do my best to expedite the shipment.
RETURNS, QUESTIONS & FEEDBACK:
Hopefully you will never need to return an item, but in the event you need to return a damaged, defective or incorrect item; please return it via priority mail with a delivery confirmation.
Defective items are replaced for the same item only, if it is available. In the Event the same item is no longer available I will offer you a refund.
Please note that I only offer refunds in situations where a replacement item is not available and under no other circumstances.
