We stand behind
every product we sell. If you're not absolutely pleased with your
auction item — for any reason — we'll be happy to make an exchange or
refund the winning bid. Simply return the item to us within 14 days via
insured parcel post or UPS.
Products must be
returned in NEW condition as shipped from the manufacturer. Boxes,
packing materials, wrappers, cartons, instruction manuals, warranty
cards and products must be in their ORIGINAL condition without markings,
tape, folds or defacing. Products returned in other than new condition
will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee. Products returned in
damaged or unacceptable condition will be returned to the customer
without exchange.
*Customer
is responsible for cost of return shipping. Use the most convenient
means of shipping. Insurance is recommended, make sure you notify us
about return.
Store Payment Options:
We gladly accept payments via
PayPal (Confirm Address only), MoneyBookers, Money Order or Cashier
Check. Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Cashier Checks must
clear before shipment is released. If you paying with money order or
Check make sure you attach auction number and shipping address with it.
Payment must be received within seven (7) days of auction close. Unpaid
items will be forfeited after seven (7) days and a Non-Paying Bidder
Alert will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the
auction. All non-paying will receive Negative Feedback, unless we be
contacted and suitable explanation be given.
*We Do Not Accept PayPal with
international purchases, Payment must be made with Money Order or
MoneyBookers.
Store Shipping Options:
Buyer is responsible for all
shipping charges that my require, shipping insurance is strongly
recommended. We will only ship within the continental United States. For
Shipment to Hawaii or Alaska different rate will apply. We ship via USPS
or UPS Ground Service (at our discretion). UPS Next Day and 2nd Day
Service is available upon request. A street address is required; UPS
will not deliver to P.O. Boxes so make sure you will give us correct
physical address.
