Go Cat makes 2 types of Da Bird. The ORIGINAL Da Bird is a single pole unit that is 36 inches long. They also make a version that has a pull apart pole (it is actually 2 x 18 inch poles that connect) so it can be easily stored and/or mailed. Both offer your cat great fun! I personally prefer the single pole version since the 2-part sometimes comes apart if the cats are too wild. On average this happens every couple of play sessions, but can be easily stopped by putting a dab of glue in the connector. Also Go Cat sells Da Bird in Retail packaging (with a header and in a plastic sleeve) and without. I only sell the retail packaging versions of all Da Bird products. There are many types of Da Bird Cat toy refills. Feather, fur, glitter, etc. Of all the kinds I have found cats like the feathers best, so has Go Cat, the manufacturer, that is why the Da Bird toy comes with the feathers not fur and why the feather refills cost more. Of the feather refills, there are 2 types: Guinea feathers and Turkey feathers. The best are the Guinea feathers. They are the premium feathers of choice and Go Cat charges a little more for them. How can you tell the difference? Look at the refill in question. There will be 2 stiff and long main feathers and several soft colored feathers. The 2 main feathers are the ones to check. If they are a solid color they are the inferior Turkey Feathers. The premium Guinea feathers have a sort of spotted pattern and will be a natural color. I say make sure any Da Bird toy or Refill you purchase are the premium Guinea feathers. I only stock the Da Bird toys and refills that have the premium Guinea feathers, so you always know what you are buying from me.
The length of the shipping tube for the single piece pole exceeds the allowed length for international airmail letter post and must ship airmail PARCEL post. This makes shipping on the Single pole Da Bird expensive, so if you live outside of the USA please go look at my 2-part pole Da Bird listing, it has a more reasonable shipping cost. The major attraction of Da Bird is the feathers, how they move and the sound they make while twirling. To prevent your Da Bird feathers from being crushed or damaged I ship Da Bird units and refills in hard cardboard tubes. Some sellers ship them in envelopes (padded or not) or sandwiched between 2 long pieces of cardboard. Envelopes and cardboard sandwiches may not prevent damage to the feathers. This is why I ship Da Bird toys and refills in hard cardboard mailing tubes. Does this guarantee your Da Birds safety in the mail? Of course not, but the likelihood of mailing damage happening is far less than in an envelope or sandwiched between cardboard. In fact the manufacturer and inventor of Da Bird agreed with me and ONLY ships Da Bird in square tubes. NOTE: Because I ship Da Birds and refills in tubes, I cannot combine them with many other items I sell since most items do not fit in a thin, long tube. If in doubt if I can combine your Da Bird or refill order with other items, email me and ask.

We use Da Bird DAILY to keep our cats active and happy. I won't claim that a few minutes of Da Bird play makes a thin and happy cat,but it goes a long way to help. And the fun is not exclusive to your cat(s) either. You will find yourself amazed at what they will do to catch it, how high they will jump and the sounds they make while watching it or trying to run off with it in their mouth. I don't and won't sell any products that have examined, test, liked, and continue to use. If the item is a cat product a majority of the CoolCyberCats must also like the item before I will sell it. If I or the CoolCyberCats discontinue using something we also stop selling it, period! Other sellers sell every product they can get their hands on and don't have any real or practical experience with the products. I do, and I can explain how to use it, how it works, the best way to use it or how the CoolCyberCats use it. For every product I sell there are many that I refuse to sell.

Who are the CoolCyberCats? Are they real? They are all my cats and you bet they're real! You can meet them on my eBay "ME" page. In fact the CoolCyberCats logo (left) was model after one of the founding CoolCyberCats, ^Itchy^. His actual fur, eye, nose and ear colors were sampled and his facial pattern was lifted from a photo to colorize the logo. Though ^Itchy^ left us on May 12th 2004 he lives on in our hearts and in our eBay listings.

Insurance: For ALL USD currency listings I insure the order up to $100. If your order totals to more than $100 I REQUIRE you to purchase the additional insurance to cover the full payment. For a USA address I charge 99 cents per additional $100 of coverage. For Canada addresses I charge $1.50 per additional $100 of coverage. Non-USA Orders: If you purchase from a listing that is priced in a currency other than USD and also items in USD currency, eBay and PayPal will NOT allow me to mix them into one invoice. Customs: If your address is not in the USA I am required to fill out a customs form and declare the value of the items in the order.
