Da-lite 12 x 12 Fast Fold screen kit with rear matte. Even though this is a square format screen, it can be converted to a  3 x 4 format 9 X 12 screen with a Skirt bar kit. You attach the skirt bar to the fast fold frame 1/4 of the way from the bottom. Attach a skirt to the skirt bar and presto you have a 9 X 12 format. So in a sense, you can have two kits from one frame. Our Authorized Da-lite service department has checked out each component of this kit. They have replaced all defective hinges and snaps. We have also checked and cleaned the matte surface and checked all the snaps on it. Matte surfaces appears to be in very good condition
