What is Twist Buster™? Daiwa®'s exclusive and innovative Twist Buster™ system dramatically reduces line twist problems on spinning reels. By designing a special collar and taper for the line roller, Daiwa® has found a way to reduce line twist by up to 90%, resulting in fewer tangles, more consistent casting, and better overall performance.

 ABS Spool: Daiwa® ABS (Advanced Ballistic System) Spools feature maximized core diameters and unique reversed tapers that not only reduce line tangles, but simply cast, retrieve and fight fish better than anything else you can buy. The larger spool diameter helps to reduce friction, produces less line memory and allows for large drag washers with up to twice the surface area of other reels. Reversed tapers allow you to fill your spool all the way to the edge of the lip, without fear of tangles.
