Offered by original owner, a 6" X 9" Goodyear Racing Card of Dale Earnhardt Sr. with an original Autograph.

Autograph is "To Mike, Dale Earnhardt"

This card was autographed for the original owner, a Nurse, in her presence for one of her son's in 1988, when Dale Earnhardt's youngest daughter, Taylor, was born.

As a nurse at the hospital she was not allowed to ask for an autograph, but when she brought the baby to the room, Dale offered her the autograph.

The card has been kept in a page protector, but without a cardboard or stiff backing.

It is in excellent condition with no scuffs or marks on it.

There is some wrinkling and the card does not lay perfectly flat, there is a slight crease in the upper left hand corner above the signature, but it is not obvious.

The back of the card is a write up about the Winston Cup Champion, Dale Earnhardt. It was printed by Graphic Image Printing, Charlotte, NC and has (c) 1988 Sports Image Inc. in small print between the two paragraphs.

The background of the back has some very - slight yellowing of age however, not as dark as the picture shows. Definately noticible when placed against a white piece of paper.

Insurance is required due to the nature of this item.
