Return / Replacement

For a return, prior RMA authorization number must be obtained before returning. Returns without RMA authorization number will be rejected and send back to you. Returns must be in original packaging with print out of the RMA# on outside of the box, and must be received within 10 business days from the RMA# issuing day. After 10 business days, we will reject the returned package.

Replacement will be made upon receipt and inspect of the returned item.

We do not accept return or refund for any physical damaged item or damaged by misuse.

We are not responsible for return Shipping & insurance charge. Buyer's responsibility if any damage or lost during return transit.

Refunds The refund for defective and damaged items are available upon request prior to return. Refund for return is available upon request before sending it back.  Shipping/Handling/Insurance are non-refundable in any circumstances.

Items in good condition that returned for refund will be charged.  There is a 25% restocking charge on all items returned for items in good condition.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS after 7 days of the delivery date. All REFUND will be issued by Company Check or refund to buyer's Paypal account within 7-10 days upon received the returned item.

Canceled Orders or Duplicated Payments

Shipping Damage
We only help buyer to file damage or lost claim with shipping carrier company if buyer purchased our optional shipping insurance. 
In extreme circumstances, if your item is lost or damaged by FedEx or Post Office, please notify us through email by the next business day following receipt of the damaged item.  Email the damaged item's picture is required.  Please be sure to use all the original shipping material to pack the item as same as you received. Fedex will go to pick up the damaged item for damage inspection. It will take about 3-4 weeks to close the claim. We will ship you a brandnew item or repaired item ONLY if shipping carrier company paid the damage or lost.
