Our site will provide you with the total, payment status, shipping status and delivery confirmation number (in the USA) if the order has been shipped. If you haven't paid yet you can process your paypal or credit card payment. Marketworks is an ebay authorized site. We don't normally answer emails on Saturdays, so please be patient if you email us on Friday night or Saturday.

We ship on Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, holiday weeks vary. We ship Mon-Fri between Thanksgiving and Christmas. Sorry, we don't do same day shipping, the cut off for shipping is 6:00pm the day before. For example, if you want your package shipped on Monday, we need to receive your payment by 6:00pm on Sunday. If you need your order by a certain date, prior to bidding, email us to see if it is possible and what type of shipping method you should opt for. We ship 99% of orders within 2 business days of cleared payment being received, 1% may take up to 14 business days for items to ship.
We will ONLY ship to the shipping address on the paypal payment, as they require. We will NOT ship to nonpayment addresses, you will need to make a new payment with the correct shipping address on the payment, no exceptions. |

We do combine shipping on multiple item orders, auctions must end within 5 days of when the first item was won. If you have won more than one auction, PLEASE DO NOT SEND MULTIPLE PAYMENTS obtain the correct combined total first thru our Checkout & then send 1 payment. Items paid for separately will ship separately. Once an item is paid for it cannot be combined with other items. ITEMS MUST BE ON ONE ORDER & PAID FOR TOGETHER TO QUALIFY FOR COMBINED SHIPPING, ITEMS PAID SEPARATELY WILL EACH HAVE A SEPARATE SHIPPING FEE. To qualify for combined shipping all items must be on one order and paid for together.

Shipping & handling is not just the cost of postage. Every package has about a dozen costs associated with it in order to get your merchandise to you in good shape. Some shipping costs are; postage, envelope or box, invoice, ziplock bags, tape, box, shipping label, printing, stamp stickers, fee to print stamps, delivery confirmation/tracking, filling out forms for insurance or customs, drop off at Post Office (20 miles round trip), etc... The cost of insurance in USA will/may not appear as postage on the package.
International packages are sent by Registered or Priority mail only, it does include a tracking number. We will not negotiate on the cost of international shipping and will only ship with methods that provide tracking. |
