I do my best to describe my stamps as accurately as possible.  I am committed to your satisfaction.  Return any item for any reason you like within 7 days.  No refunds will be made for any items returned after 7 days of receipt.  If a lot is returned, I will only refund the cost of the lot. Refunds will not be made for any shipping and handling costs.

I will be happy to combine purchases to save on shipping.  I prefer payment through PayPal, which lets me receive your payment instantly and ship your item sooner.  Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction!!  If you have any questions, please e-mail me at the stampdoctor@cox.net and I will gladly respond.

Overseas customers are welcome if paying with PayPal only, but keep in mind that shipping will be significantly more.  I must always file a customs form claiming the full FINAL BID AMOUNT when shipping out of the United States... it is a shame that some of our collector friends in other countries must pay high duty charges on the collections they purchase...but I must protect my business interests.

I will provide insurance on your purchase at an addition fee.
