RETURN POLICY FOR SHOES AND BOOTS
We offer many exciting costumes and accessories, most of which can be returned within 10 days from Delivery Date. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and do NOT include shipping and handling charges. Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.
All shoe returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (including if you ordered the wrong size), unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, or an error on the part of us or one of our suppliers. You must notify us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order if you wish to make a return at info@easterntoys.comYou will be notified back by email if a Return Authorization number is issued and will be given instructions on how to send back your item and receive a refund subject to our published policies. Please make sure that your shoes fit and are comfortable before you use them. Shoes that show obvious wear or are missing the original packaging are not returnable.
If you need a different size or costume, you must place a new order for the correct size and return the item(s) you have already received. This is because the desired item maybe out of stock by the time we receive your return and to ensure the fastest delivery of your replacement item(s). All appropriate policies apply to all returned items. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including shipping and handling.
RETURN POLICY FOR TOYS & COLLECTIBLES
You may return an UNOPENED item for any reason within 5 days of receiving it. You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the product by email at info@easterntoys.com. Opened products or products where the factory seal has been broken may not be returned for any reason. The 5 day period begins according to the UPS and USPS website tracking pages delivered date. The product must be sent back to us and postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of the product to be accepted. You will be refunded your money back Less the shipping costs you paid in the original order. Shipping costs to send the product back are your responsibility.
Damaged/ Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged package due to the shipping carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item). Please keep the original shipping box as UPS may want to pick it up for at least 7 days.
If you receive a wrong item or defective/damaged item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item right away. We need to be notified within 5 days of receiving the item.
