Another great little hippie halter top with that one of a kindy vibe. These are sized and this is a small. The lining is dark nougat with the "overskirt" being also a nougat background with little florals in pink outlined in white. This one has thin soft elastic across the back with an added hidden zipper down the middle back. The "straps" are big triangle fabric pieces that tie at the nape of the neck. The "cups" ar nicely gathered both top and bottom. Then, at the center front they are trimmed in pink cotton trim.
There is quite a bit of stretch in the top and then under the bust the blouse is a bit more fitted, then both layers flow to a wide bottom. You can twist and dry this one for the crinkled look. For the photos I lightly steamed.
Again, this is a size small.  I take measurements across the front only, from side to side, so double then subtract your own wiggle room.
Bust: 16" at the very top. There is a good 2" of stretch also.
Underbust: 15" and, again, there is another 2" of stretch.
Bottom: The blouse continues to widen from the underbust measuring about 28" across the bottom.
Length: Roughly about 28" to 30"-- of course depends on where you tie the "ties".
