Payment

Payment must be received within 10 days. We accept Paypal and all credit cards through Paypal.

Fees

We charge a reasonable handling fee above the cost of shipping to cover the cost of shipping materials. We charge the same handling fee for two or more items.

Sales Tax

In accordance with law, we must collect sales tax for any and all sales shipped to our home state of ILLINOIS. See "Shipping and payments" section on this listing for our current sales tax rate.

Shipping

We ship exclusively U.S.P.S. Normally we ship First Class Mail or Priority Mail. All of our shipping charges are figured using the actual weight of the packaged item. All charges are based on the USPS charges. We also do Express Mail for overnight shipments. Outside the USA we ship USPS Global Priority Mail. We ship worldwide.

Delivery & Handling Time

We normally ship most orders within 24 hours. Orders received by 3:00 pm Monday through Thursday (CST) will ship next day. Orders Received Friday, Saturday & Sunday will normally ship Tuesday morning at the latest. Holidays and day before holidays excluded.

Refunds & Returns

The Scented Realm ltd cannot guarantee that you will like the incense/oil you have purchased. Each person is different, and it is impossible to ensure a product will be to your liking. All of the descriptions are either direct from the manufacturer, or our best educated description.

The Scented Realm ltd will guarantee that the product will arrive to you in good shape, without damage. The Scented Realm ltd will also guarantee against defects in manufacturer’s workmanship as well as any item that is misrepresented by either description or picture. Should you receive an order that either has been damaged in shipping or has a defect in manufacturers workmanship, you will need to e-mail with the details. You will have 7 days from receipt of your order to contact our customer service department. We will not be responsible for damage or defects after 7 days from receipt. When possible The Scented Realm ltd will choose to replace the item. Refunds can only be fulfilled if the item is returned to us. Damage from misuse or mishandling is not covered.

International Buyers – Please Note

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.  These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

We have been in the incense business for over 30 years. We have been on eBay since 2002. Our reputation rides on every sale we make. We want all my customers to be Satisfied Customers. We believe in fast delivery and great service. We do our best to make sure you get your purchase in the best condition as possible, and won’t skimp on packing just to save a few pennies.

Hours of Availability

We are normally around Monday through Thursday until 6pm. Orders/questions received after that time will be handled the next day. (Weekend/Friday orders & questions will be handled on Monday) We are closed all major holidays and can sometimes leave early the day before.
