We have opened the Outlet Store to provide a great medium for offering closeouts, used parts, select purchases of new parts, even our 168 page Z only catalog! Ebay is the perfect place for us to offer a few of the thousands of hard-to-find Z & ZX parts we offer. Shipping:

Winning bidders must pay for shipping costs. We ship using USPS and FedEx. Auctions paid with PayPal must be shipped to a PayPal confirmed address. Auctions paid by check must be shipped to the name and address on the check. The listed rate in all auctions, unless stated otherwise, is for ground service (FedEx) or first class (USPS) shipment within the Continental United States. Insurance is included in all shipment quotes. Next and 2nd day air shipment quotes are available upon request. For Alaska, HI, U.S. Territories, or other international shipments, please email us for an estimate prior to bidding. Canadian and all other non-US taxes, customs, duties, etc. are not included in our shipping amounts and are are the purchaser's sole responsibility. We typically ship within 24 hours after receiving cleared funds, except for holidays, weekends, and/or any act of god, strike, or civil or military disruption that prevents business as usual. Items will then be shipped as soon as possible. If you have any questions about shipping, or dont receive an item, please contact us. Please inspect your package and contents carefully upon receipt, if your item was damaged during shipment, keep the original box and all original packing materials. These are necessary in order to file a claim. We will file a claim on your behalf with the shipping company. You must notify us of damage within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods. No claim will be honored by our carrier if these guidelines are not followed.

Warranties:

New items are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of shipment to you. All parts are backed by the limited warranty extended by the parts manufacturer. Parts returned for warranty will be exchanged or credited at our option. Motorsport, or the parts manufacturer, will not back warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, abuse, neglect, accidents, or competition use. Warranty claims apply to the parts only, and do not cover labor, installation, towing, shipment, or other incidental charges. Dinged & Dented closeout items, and used items, are sold as is with no warranty.

Returns:

We do everything possible to accurately represent the featured item, both in pictures and description. Prior to placing a bid please read the descriptions and look at the pictures closely. Do not assume anything. If you have questions, ask before bidding. There will be no refund granted for misunderstanding of item description or not complying with the guidelines of refunds and returns. As in all auctions, all sales are final once an item is accepted by the buyer. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. Do not return damaged items without prior approval. The freight company will not be responsible for the damaged items if you send the items back to us without authorization. Since they cannot reimburse you the freight, you will be out the money. Motorsport's liability is limited to actual damages, but in no event more than the sales price. In no event shall Motorsport be liable for any special, exemplary, consequential damages or loss of profits, even if advised of the possibility of such. California laws shall govern this sale. These sections supercede any of the preset formats on shipping/returns on Ebay.

Returns are a part of doing business. Please follow these steps if you are dissatisfied with anything about your items.

1. CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM. We cannot fix a problem we do not know about, and will work hard to earn your positive feedback.

2. All new items returned must be in unused condition, and in the original packages.

3. We cannot accept returns on electrical or emission control parts, books, manuals, tools, and certain competition items.

4. You will be issued a return authorization (R.A.) number. This number allows us to track and process your return quickly and efficiently. Write the R.A. number on the outside of your return package, include a copy of your original invoice, and return the package within 7 days of the receipt of your R.A. number. We will not accept any returns without an R.A. number, or any returns after 14 days.

5. Carefully package and insure all items for their full value. Lost or damaged parts cannot be exchanged or refunded.

6. Return packages must be sent prepaid directly to our address. We do not accept packages returned to us by Greyhound or other shippers that require us to make terminal will calls. Any return sent C.O.D. will be rerouted back to you by your freight company.

7. Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment used for the original purchase, and may be settled with store credit.

8. Parts returned on a non-exchange basis may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Payment:

Methods: We accept credit cards through Paypal, or checks and money orders mailed to us directly. PayPal paid orders will process for shipment immediately after payment is received. If you choose not to have a PayPal confirmed address, a check or money order must be sent. Check or Money Order paid orders will ship after we receive and verify the payments.

Notification: Winning bidders will receive a notification via e-mail with checkout instructions. You will then choose your shipping and method of payment. You then must contact us within 3 days, either by PayPal payment, or phone/email to notify us of the payment you are sending.

Receipt of Payment: Payment must be received within 14 days. Any order not receiving payments within that time period are subject to cancellation at our option, and may result in a restocking fee associated with Ebay non-payment. Motorsport Auto reserves the right to file a complaint for non-payment with eBay.

Taxes: California residents must pay 7.75% sales tax.
