  It is YOUR responsibility to check the cost of your countries CUSTOMS DUTIES, if any, for this item. We DO NOT guarantee delivery outside the USA. We will NOT refund your payment if the item is returned because of Non-Clearance, Non-deliverable, or Costly Duties.   • For foreign orders we accept PayPal. Refusal of other payment types at our discretion. We make our decision on a case by case basis, due to previous problems with foreign credit cards.
  • If you send in a personal check, we will not return it. However, the product will not ship until the check clears. This process could take 2 weeks or longer. If you want it your product right away, don't send a personal check.
• After your item has been shipped, we will email the tracking info to you.
• If you are paying via Check or Money Order, make sure you send a list of auction/shipping info. Include: your Auction Number, Name, Shipping Address, Contact Info (phone & email), and any specific shipping requests.
• In most cases your item will be shipped out within 24 hours of our receiving the payment.
• Problems are questions that were not asked before the auction closed. If you have any questions, please ask them before the auction ends. It's often to late to solve them if you wait. Feel free to call us via the number below, or click on the link and send us an email.
• Electro Mavin's eBay sales is managed by our Tennessee office who's normal hours of operation are Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM Eastern time.

• Local Pickups are welcome on a will call basis; please call to arrange it. We are not a store so don't just drop by and hope to pick up your item. You could find yourself standing in our shipping department while your order is pulled and processed.

• Feedback is automated and should be posted once you have left feedback for us.
• Returns; All items sold have a DOA warranty unless stated otherwise in the listing; if you receive a defective item
  we're happy to replace it or refund your purchase price if we can't replace it.
  
• Change of heart or buyers remorse; If you change your mind on an item, we may take it back determined on a case by case basis, but shipping both ways will be paid by you.
