A rare and interesting item, this is a David Winter cottage called "Birth Day Cottage". It is in excellent condition and in the original box. The bottom is hand-signed by artist Robin Orlin. Measures 4" tall and 4" wide. COA included. The box has some wear and a lot of discoloration.
