We accept payment by: Paypal -all methods they accept including instant transfer, echecks (please note that unlike instant transfer, echecks take Paypal at least 5 business days to clear so do not use if in a hurry we will not ship prior to notification by Paypal of clearance) Credit or Debit Card. IMPORTANT: Please note that for any item that we shipped for free, we deduct the shipping charges we paid on customer's behalf if item is returned because free shipping is only offered to paying customers. We do not charge restocking fees EXCEPT under rare circumstances and do not cover fees for return shipping.
We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be shipped usually within 24 hours or sooner depending upon timing of the payment (excluding Sundays and holidays) Our standard shipping method is USPS priority mail in the USA and USPS Express Mail internationally. Other methods may incur addtional charges. We selected these methods based upon efficiency, cost and experimentation with various modes of shipment. International USPS Express Mail is the least expensive method that requires a signature however we will use UPS or FED EX if a customer requests subject to additional costs (generally speaking and we will quote the price based on carrier cost) We provide free gift packaging upon request

Return Policy

We do accept returns for refund if agreed upon in advance or if we made an error. We also provide an unconditional authenticity guarantee. If you have questions please ask by emailing expertbenefits@gmail.com or calling 1-866-630-GEMS. We do not state this in our standard return policy because we try to discourage those who purchase items to wear to an event and then return an item that has been used or sometimes damaged as a means of pre-screening buyers. There is a lot more information available about sellers than buyers in the current eBay feedback structure so we have taken this step as a precautionary measure. 
Though a rare occurence, genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or if a replacement is not available, we will refund your payment, however we must be advised of any problem goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us and if the claim is valid we will ship back the replacement at our expense.
