Why we do not offer shipping for this item:
Because of this item's size and/or weight, we have determined that it cannot be safely packed for shipment through parcel carriers such as FedEx, UPS or the United States Postal Service.  Instead, you may either:

• Pick up the item yourself at no additional cost, or
   
• Arrange on your own for packaging/crating (if required) and freight at your expense. 

Where this item may be picked up:
Unless otherwise indicated in the Item Description, this item is available at our store (located at the address under "About Us").  However, some oversize items may be located off site.  If so, this fact and the zip code where the item is located will be noted in the Item Description above.  In this case, we will email you with pick-up instructions after we receive your payment.

When this item must be picked up:
You must pick this item up within 10 days after the listing closes.  Thereafter, a $20 storage fee will be charged.  If you have not picked the item up within 30 days after the listing closes, we will re-sell the item on eBay and pay you the sale proceeds less the storage fee, our usual service fee, and any applicable third-party fees.

Picking up the item yourself:
We do not charge a fee for local pick-ups, but local sales tax will apply.  Before coming in to pick up your item, please check out and pay online, choosing Pick up at this store location as your shipping method.  Print a copy of your receipt, and bring it and a photo ID with you to help expedite your pickup.  Our store address and phone number are under the 'About Us' heading below.  We are open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. 

Arranging for packaging and freight:
You may have a freight carrier of your choice pick this item up and deliver it to you.  You assume title to and risk of loss of the item when we deliver it to the carrier you choose.  If you are using a freight carrier to ship the item out of Texas, please notify us before checking out so you will not be charged Texas sales tax.  Some companies that provide packaging/crating and door-to-door freight services include:

Please note that parcel carriers such as UPS and FedEx provide only freight service.  They will not package your item for shipment.

Forms of payment:
We accept PayPal (including eChecks), Visa and MasterCard (for domestic purchases only), and U.S. Postal Service money orders (as long as we receive them within 7 days after the listing ends).  We can also accept cash for in-store pick-ups only--please do not send cash by mail.  We regret that we cannot accept Discover Card, American Express, non-USPS money orders, or personal checks. 

Time for payment:
We must receive your payment within 7 days after the listing ends (unless otherwise noted in the item description).   If you mail a USPS Money Order, we must receive it within this time period.  If you pay by PayPal eCheck, please allow 3-5 business days after checkout for it to clear.  Orders not paid within the 7-day time period will be cancelled and an Unpaid Item dispute will be filed with eBay.

Sales tax:
All in-state deliveries and pick-ups will be charged 8.25% Texas state and local sales tax during the checkout process.   Texas law requires us to charge sales tax on your total purchase, including shipping & handling.  If you are exempt from paying Texas sales tax, please contact our store before checking out so that we can obtain the necessary documentation from you.

Returns:
We do our best to describe and photograph every item accurately.  However, we are not the owner of most of the items we sell, and therefore we may not be familiar with or able to test every possible function, accessory or feature.  Please review the listing carefully before bidding.  Items may be returned for a refund only if they were significantly not as described in the listing and photos.  To be eligible for a refund, you must:

• Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA), and
• Return the item to us, in exactly the same condition as you received it, within 7 days after we issue the RMA.
