Inspect Boxed Product immediately upon delivery -

Damage is rare, but can occur. Always inspect your delivered product upon delivery for carrier damage. Open the product completely to insure it had a safe delivery. Carrier damage is the responsibility of the transport company and must be reported and a claim filed immediately for quick results. Note the damage on the receipt before signing for it. Notify us if your product arrives with any damage. You cannot refuse delivery or attempt to return product damaged by a carrier. Abbey’s Cucina cannot accept goods damaged by a carrier back into our warehouse. All sales are final. You will be assisted by Abbey's Cucina with repairs for any damage that occurs from shipping.
