Inspect Boxed Product immediately upon delivery -
Shipping damage is rare, but can happen. Always inspect your delivered product upon delivery for carrier damage. Open the product completely to insure it had a safe delivery. Carrier damage is the responsibility of the transport company and must be reported and a claim filed immediately for quick results. Note any damage on the reciept before signing. Notify us if your product arrives with any damage. You cannot refuse delivery or attempt to return product damaged by a carrier. Abbey’s Cucina cannot accept goods damaged by a carrier back into our warehouse. We will work to assist you through this process should it happen.
