Terms and Conditions

 - Payments must be received within 5 days of the close of an auction.

 - Payments can be made via USPS POSTAL Money order, Certified check, or Paypal can be used if you must, but we prefer if you send us your payments because of the extremely high paypal fee's.

 - I try an answer e-mail within a timely fashion but I go to college a few days a week so it is hard for me sometimes.

 - I'm in the office on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 10-4... If you wish to contact me by phone our store phone number is 330-898-4197...just ask for eBay.

 - Please SERIOUS bidders ONLY.....Non paying bidder's will be turned into eBay for Non-payment to help recover some of the listing fee's..

 - We ARE NOT EXPERTS in any area. We try to describe our items as accurately and completely as possible. We ARE NOT PERFECT. We may not notice every detail or have knowledge of an item’s completeness. Refunds and price reductions will NOT be granted due to our oversight of a detail or lack of information.

- All items we sell are in "used condition" and have been obtained from auctions and estate sales unless otherwise noted. Please Read the description CAREFULLY before bidding. NO Warranties or Guarantees apply. ALL items are sold "AS IS". No Returns, No price reductions, No Exceptions!

- Most of all of the item's we sell on eBay have been tested prior to being listed...

 - Insurance is not required on all of our auctions but if you don't pay for insurance we WILL NOT be held responsible for ANY items broken or lost during shipping!!!

 - Returns: We try to give accurate and detailed descriptions of our items. All items are sold in "AS IS" condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will only allow a return if we ship you the wrong item. Shipping costs are NOT REFUNDABLE.
