Damage Claims

the product and box. 2. Name, email address, and
item number from the original purchase. Filing a
timely claim and providing the necessary

Warranty
Returns: When the product is received and it is
determined that there is a manufacturing defect, we simply request that
you submit proof in the form of digital
pictures. If the product proves to be defective,
it will be picked up and exchanged for a new
non-defective item at no cost to you.
Shipper Undeliverable Returns:
If a package is returned to due to
refusal of shipment or undeliverable address.
You will be notified when it is received by our
warehouse. For reshipment of this package you
will be required to submit a payment for the
original shipping charges and applicable new
shipping charges.
Other Reason Returns: When a
package is returned for any other reason than
the ones specified above, you may request a
return authorization number by emailing us. Return authorizations
will only be issued on new unused resalable
merchandise in its original packaging. Call-tags
will not be provided on these returns. Please
note that you will be responsible for all
shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will

Hilti tools covered with 1 year No-Cost period are 5 to 7 inch angle grinders, screwdrivers, drill/drivers, gas-driven fastening tools, circular, jig and reciprocating saws, stand-up powder-actuated decking tools, pneumatic decking tools, chemical products dispensers and all Hilti batteries and chargers.
No-Cost coverage excludes damage due to abuse, or us not in accordance with tool operator's manual. Lifetime Manufacturer's warranty and Lifetime Repair cost Limit offered as long as replacement parts remain available.
Refurbished batteries may be used as a No-Cost replacement part.
