Movie description
After his younger brother, a star athlete, dies of a steroid overdose, Cole Chamberlain (Dylan Walsh) becomes convinced that foul play was involved. His investigation leads him to former sports doctor Gordon Childs (Craig Sheffer), who is conducting experiments with performance drugs that are resulting in fatalities. The web of deception thickens when Cole meets Stephanie (Dina Meyer) and her sister Kyra (Michelle Hicks)--and he must then decide between justice and vengeance.
